It’s time to get back into the full swing of things in our homeschool! I love getting back into a routine, it seems to bring with it better attitudes and an overall balance in our home life…For the most part anyway!!
Jada (7) is working through Easy Peasy all in one homeschool 2nd Grade and
Jasmine (6) is using Easy Peasy 1st Grade, but using the Getting Ready 2 readers. We are doing the Year 1 level L (Ancient History) for History, Bible and Science, which we do all together. This is a very complete curriculum, but I’m sure I will be tweaking, adding, taking away as I usually do with any curriculum.
Jordan (3) is going to be doing Tot/Preschool. I have 4 workboxes I use for her and fill them with about 8 activities a day. Also I have been using Blue Manor Christian Preschool with her.
I try to add at least one puzzle, one activity in motion, one letter recognition activity, one number recognition activity, one fine motor skills activity, one shape or color recognition activity and etc. I sometimes add a snack or a video as a little bonus for her.
She is absolutely loving this workbox system I used it with her sisters and it worked really well with them and I was so excited to bring it back.
